Concealed Carry and open carry firearms are not allowed on CCKC!
At the August 8, 2011 Board of Directors meeting, the board determined that concealed carry or open carry firearms will not be allowed on the ranges.
This decision was made with operational safety being the primary concern. The board determined that the Rifle/Pistol Range could not be safely closed to go downrange for target changes if loaded firearms were still on the line. The board also determined that it did not want concealed permit holders practicing from the draw during normal hours of operation as it can be dangerous for adjacent shooters on the line.
This decision does not impact the use of holsters for possible special events and training programs or during Action Pistol, Action Steel, Cowboy, or Urban Action Matches!

2012 Hunter's Safety Classes Scheduled
Preregister now for Hunter's Safety Classes at CCKC!
We will be offering two online WI DNR Hunter's Safety Courses. The first class will be on Sunday, June 10th and the second class on Saturday, September 15th.
This $10.00 course will consist of 10 hours of on-line training followed by a one day safety check at the range.
The course will be posted on the DNR web site one month prior to the course date and the general public will fill the remaining seats within hours. CCKC members need to preregister now!
If you are interested in signing up for the class or to become a certified Hunter Safety Instructor, please email Paul Coleman at paul.coleman2@comcast.net with your contact information.
New Range Officers Needed!
All Ranges are looking for new volunteer Range Officers, particularly the Rifle and Shotgun Ranges. Contact the Head Range Officer of the range you are interested in. He will explain the benefits of becoming a Range Officer!

The Lettering Machine is our source for embroidery of the CCKC logo.

Items can be purchased from them or your own item may be dropped off for custom embroidery of the CCKC logo.
