Family memberships includes spouse, children ages 17 & under. You must have legal guardianship of children for them to be considered for family/Junior membership. If you are interested in a life membership, please contact the club for more information.

Also, please add the $15.00 administration fee which is required for all new memberships and renewals that are more than 2 months overdue.

To apply for membership, please download the membership application and print it. After you have completed the form, mail it along with your payment
to: CCKC Bristol Ranges, Attn: Membership, 21001 85th St., Bristol, WI 53104.
